Personal Biography
As a Registered Massage Therapist I am interested in helping individuals improve their physical abilities through prevention and treatment of soft tissues and/or joint dysfunction and pain. I love working with people of all ages and abilities to decrease their current pain and stress levels and improve their posture and quality of life through massage therapy, taping, Structural Integration and stretching programs. I can work with you to help you reach your personal healthcare goals such as improved posture, mobilize scar tissue, increased mobility, decreased pain, decreased stress and injury prevention or rehabilitation. In my spare time you can find me spending time doing Tae Kwon Do, working out, running, hiking, canoeing and spending time with my husband and kids.

Experience
With a background in Kinesiology and Massage Therapy, I have spent the last 17 years working in various types of health care settings. I have focused the last 10 years working as a Registered Massage Therapist. It is my true passion to improve the well being of each individual client. I enjoy working to improve postural inconsistencies, scar tissue mobility, range of motion, and decreasing the overall stress and pain my clients endure.
